The Villa Rose des Sables is a charming, fully renovated architect-designed house just 50 metres from the Grande Plage in Les Sables d'Olonne. In an emblematic district, it is located 50m from the embankment, where it is pleasant to stroll, 400m from the Arago market and shops, and 700m from the pedestrian streets of the town centre. Sleeping up to 10 people, the ground floor comprises a large living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and terrace, a convivial lounge, a dressing room, a utility room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a shower room with wc and a sleeping area that will take you on a journey to the four corners of the world. There are 4 carefully decorated bedrooms: > the Zanzibar bedroom: master suite with sea-view balcony and en suite shower room with wc >the Bali room: suite with private shower room and sea view > the Manhattan room: a sofa bed and office space ideal for teleworking > the Treasure Island room: 4 bunk beds for children Outside, a landscaped garden with dining area, garden furniture and plancha.
