Description
Les cités de J.P is a spacious family home in a green setting planted with trees. Located in the heart of the Jura lakes region with Vouglans, Clairvaux, Chalain... 500 m from the famous Marmites at the port de la Saisse, on the River Ain, at the start of the Vouglans dam. Situated in a quiet area, you are nevertheless only 1 km from the local shops. The house comprises a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining/living room with television and DVD player. Three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; two with double beds, and the third with two single beds will allow you to relax after your excursions in our beautiful region. Bed linen, towels and beds made up on request on arrival. Baby kit (cot, high chair, bath and changing mat) free on request. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower equipped for people with reduced mobility and separate WC. Board games are available for those rainy and/or winter evenings. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden where small children and pets can be kept in complete safety; there are also trees to provide shade, and a terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy breakfast outside to the accompaniment of birdsong. A barbecue completes the picture. Les cités de J.P is the ideal holiday rental for a family or a group of friends, for lovers of nature, fishing, hiking and swimming. Three-star tourist accommodation Pets allowed Deposit of 300 euros required on arrival. 80 euros for cleaning.
