An ideal place to share wonderful moments with family or friends, accommodating up to 10 people (6 adults and 4 children/teenagers). The villa offers a spacious, light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. It has 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom or shower room, 3 of which have private toilets, as well as a utility room and a separate toilet. For moments of relaxation whatever the season, enjoy the indoor swimming pool, heated to 29°C all year round, complete with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, families will particularly appreciate the bedroom with four bunk beds, as well as a small study suitable for a baby. A master suite with a walk-in wardrobe completes this space. Outside, beautiful south-facing terraces extend the house and open onto a small, fully enclosed garden. A villa designed to combine comfort, conviviality and well-being, for a special stay in southern Finistère.
