Description
The "VILLA 13 OCEAN" is a new contemporary house built in 2024, classified 5 stars in the "meublés de tourisme" category. It's the perfect place to spend some wonderful time and create some wonderful memories with family and friends. The maximum capacity is 6 adults and 4 children/adolescents. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge and dining room, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and wc, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, guest wc and the covered swimming pool, heated all year round to 29°C, which also has a wc and shower. Upstairs there is a small study that can be used as a baby's room, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (2 x 190/90 and 2 x 180/80) and a private bathroom with bath and wc, and finally a master suite with dressing room, shower room and wc. Outside, there are lovely south-facing terraces and a small, fully enclosed garden.
