Description
Strasbourg city centre. Very attractive 45m2 flat completely renovated at the end of 2022 using quality materials, located on Place de la Cathédrale, 20 metres from the Tourist Office. It is located on the 3rd floor with lift of an 18th century building, with an uninterrupted view of the north side of the Cathedral. Very bright, the sun arrives in the morning, rounds the Cathedral and returns around 1pm. Thanks to its height and double glazing, the flat is protected from the noise of the square. This flat has a bedroom and a living room with parquet flooring, as well as a separate kitchen. Each of these rooms is furnished (solid cherrywood double bed, sofa bed, solid cherrywood table, LED HD TV, etc.) and has a direct view of the Cathedral and its square from its 5 windows. The kitchen was custom-fitted with a black granite worktop at the end of 2022 and was fully equipped at the same time (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cooking utensils, basic ingredients: condiments, tea, coffee, etc.). The bathroom, which has also been renovated, includes a bath and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The WC is separate. The flat also has built-in wardrobes. WIFI is available free of charge. Also provided: pillows, duvets, duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets, bath sheets and towels, bathmats, toiletries (soap/shampoo), hairdryer. A cot, changing mat and high chair can be provided if required. Cleaning and laundry costs are included in the price.
