Description

Located on the 3rd floor with lift, it has three very quiet bedrooms overlooking an inner courtyard, and a large living-dining room with a view of the Cathedral. The flat has had fibre optic cable since February 2023 and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, basic ingredients: condiments, tea, coffee, etc.). The bathroom has a bath and washing machine. There is a separate WC. Very bright, the sun arrives in the morning, rounds the Cathedral and returns around 1pm. Thanks to its height and double glazing, the flat is protected from the noise of the square.
