The gîte "La minoterie" is a charming gîte set in a restored former mill dating from 1870 in Beslé sur Vilaine, in the commune of Guémené_Penfao (Southern Brittany, Loire-Atlantique, equidistant from Nantes, Rennes and Vannes). Like all windmills, it sits at the top of a hill, offering visitors a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding meadows (mostly organic) and absolutely magnificent sunsets. It's the ideal place if you're looking to relax and recharge your batteries. All you'll hear is the sound of nature and birdsong. Children can play in complete safety as the mill is served by a private road and is at the end of the cul-de-sac. The swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) is solar-heated, secure and protected by a hedge, and comes complete with sun loungers and chiliennes. Picnic tables are set up nearby under the trees. The gite la minoterie has two private terraces: one to the east, where you can enjoy the sunrises, have breakfast and soak up the morning sun, and one to the west, where you can protect yourself from the sun during the day or take full advantage of it in the evening and admire the superb sunsets. A pristine vineyard is home to many small birds, which you can hear singing. In the evening, you can watch them as they come in waves and settle on the vines and in the little holes to spend the night. With a surface area of 75 m2, the gite comprises : - a kitchen opening onto an east-facing balcony overlooking the park and swimming pool - a living room opening onto a balcony where you can admire the sunsets in the evening and enjoy the shade during the day - two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). The bedrooms are set far apart from each other, and intermediate doors mean that you won't be disturbed if you want to sleep in. - A bathroom with WC adjoining the master bedroom, accessible via the bedroom or the corridor, and a WC adjoining the other bedroom. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as basic household products and washing-up liquid. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, WIFI connection and DVD player. A griddle completes the equipment. A baby kit (high chair, 90x90 playpen/bed, bath) is available. This gite is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as there are 11 steps to access it. The second gite, "le magasin", although not suitable for wheelchair users, can be adapted for people with reduced mobility, although it is not accessible to wheelchair users (two steps). A parking space is reserved for you under the lean-to next to the accommodation.
