The gîte is run by Serge and Michèle Harlé, who can be contacted by telephone before arrival, with arrival possible between 4pm and 7pm. Do not hesitate to contact them shortly before your arrival. You are free to arrive during this time so that the owners can be on site. You will be welcomed in a warm, family atmosphere, with flexibility, total autonomy and invaluable local advice from the owners. Their sense of welcome and availability are much appreciated. Don't hesitate to let them know if you have any special requirements (children, pets, recharging points, etc.). Before your stay, we recommend that you contact Serge and Michèle by phone or e-mail to confirm your arrival time, get the keys and share some personal advice. When you arrive, they will show you around the gîte, explain the facilities (electrical appliances, laundry room, garage, Loire access, etc.) and answer any questions you may have. You will leave at your convenience, and the keys will generally be handed over when you leave, in coordination with the hosts.
