Our greatest satisfaction is to see you leave rested, refreshed and with a smile on your face. 🌿 A personalised, friendly welcome Wherever possible, we welcome you in person on your arrival. This allows us to give you a warm welcome, show you around the gîte and its facilities, and answer any initial questions you may have. It's the ideal opportunity to give you our personal advice: the best walks to take, the views not to be missed, the best local places to eat or discover the local produce. We like to take the time to share our favourites of the Semoy valley and the Ardennes. Every traveller is different, which is why we tailor our recommendations to suit your tastes: leisurely strolls, sporting hikes, family activities, cultural discoveries or gourmet breaks. 🗝 Independent arrival if necessary When we can't be there, we'll arrange a simple and practical independent arrival: you'll receive all the information you need (access, digicode/key box, parking). We will then drop by as soon as possible to greet you, answer any questions you may have and make sure everything runs smoothly. 🚲 A stay made easier by our attentions To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a small arrival kit (toilet paper, sponge, washing-up liquid and a few practical products). You'll also find a comprehensive welcome booklet containing all the information you need about the gîte, how it works (heating, brazier, plancha, etc.) and nearby activities. We've also designed an exclusive booklet of walks with loops starting right from the chalet, available in paper and digital versions (cards with QR codes and GPX tracks). Two serviced bicycles, a baby seat and a baby carrier are available free of charge to help you enjoy the Voie Verte, get to the shops or go for a ride. For families, our partner Fun'Ardennes can even deliver a bike trailer directly to the chalet. 🛶 Practical and gourmet services We also like to introduce our travellers to local flavours. By reservation, you can order breakfast, picnic or raclette/charcuterie/cheese platters, delivered directly to the gîte between 8am and 8.30am. A small grocery shop selling regional products also delivers Ardennes specialities (depending on opening days). 🎒 Discreet but constant availability Throughout your stay, we'll be on hand to help if you need us: last-minute advice on a walk, a restaurant address, practical information... You can count on our responsiveness and our pleasure in sharing our beautiful region.
