Whether you're 2 hours from Paris or 45 minutes from Bordeaux, this large villa is the ideal place for your festive or business gatherings, in a friendly, fully-equipped setting. Angoulême is recognised geographically as a strategic point if you are coming from the 4 corners of France. From Bordeaux Distance: approximately 123 km Time: approximately 1 h 15 to 1 h 20 (without traffic) Recommended route : Take the A10 towards Angoulême. Near Angoulême, take the exit for the D674 towards Marsac/Montignac. Continue on the D674 and then the D96/D115, following the signs for Marsac. Once in Marsac, join the route de Guissalle (local road). The villa is number 317. From Poitiers Distance: approx. 150 km Time: approximately 1 h 45 to 2 h (depending on traffic). Recommended route: Join the A10 from Poitiers towards Tours/Bordeaux. About halfway along, stay on the A10/A20 towards Angoulême. Take the exit to the D674 for Marsac/Montignac. From there, as from Bordeaux, follow D674 → D96/D115 → route de Guissalle
