Character gîte in a natural, peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside, where the owners will be delighted to welcome you and pass on their passion for flora and fauna. This XIth century house, on 2 levels, comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting room with fireplace, a shower room with wc. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a sleeping area with 1 double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed for a child. Outside, you will enjoy a private garden (approx. 30m²) with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. 2 parking spaces on the property and bicycles are available. Household linen on request: sheets, towels (€30 for the stay) Charcoal on request (15€ per bag) Cleaning charge at end of stay: €35

In general, we meet you for a friendly aperitif. We like to share moments of conviviality with people from all over France. Proud of our rural roots in Anjou, we like to introduce you to the land, the wines of the Saumur region and our land of royal history. As a stonemason, I'm a specialist in Troglolodyte dwellings, and I'll be delighted to share this unusual experience with you.

We are located on the Montreuil Bellay - Thouars road. We are 6 kms from Montreuil Bellay. Go towards Thouars at the roundabout on the Montreuil bellay bypass, drive three kilometres in this direction, at the "Lernay" sign, take this direction, go through an acacia wood, then a level crossing. You are now in front of our dark blue wrought iron gate with two ashlar pillars.
