On the ground floor, an entrance hall with toilet leads to a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto a tastefully decorated living room. Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a second toilet and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), perfect for a family with young children, and the other with two single beds (90cm). Outside, enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, in an enclosed area with private parking and access to a large garden with superb views over the vineyards.

🚗 By car Bagneux-la-Fosse is easily accessible by car. The village is about : 30 min from Troyes 40 min from Chablis 2 h 15 from Paris Access is via the A5 motorway (exit 21 or 22), then the departmental roads. 🚆 By train The nearest stations are: Troyes station (30 km) - direct connections from Paris Gare de l'Est (≈1h30). Tonnerre station (25 km) - links from Auxerre and Dijon 🚌 By bus Regional lines (Réseau TCAT or Mobigo depending on the route) serve Troyes, Chaource and some surrounding villages. However, a car is still recommended to reach Bagneux-la-Fosse. ✈️ By plane Paris-Orly airport: about 2 hours by car Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport: about 2 hours 30 minutes by car Troyes-Barberey airport: regional connections and private flights (20 min)
