Ideally located on the Port de la Houle in Cancale, 12 km from Saint-Malo, the 3-star flat Les Reflets de Houle offers a breathtaking view over the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the port of Cancale. The flat is located on the 1st floor of the house (on 2 floors). You can enjoy the bustle of the harbour without the crowds of tourists, as the house is at the end of the harbour, close to a small beach where it's nice to swim when the sea is high. If you like walking, you can quickly get back on the GR 34 at Cancale harbour. The flat comprises : DAYROOM This flat has an open-plan kitchen/living area with 2 large windows offering a magnificent view over the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the Port de la Houle. The kitchen area is fully equipped and you can eat while enjoying the view. After a day's sightseeing, you can relax in the lounge area on the sofa nestled in an alcove. NIGHT NOOK The flat sleeps 4. One bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190) is ideal for children. Following on from this bedroom is another bedroom with a 140x190 bed, which is very bright and overlooks the quiet back street, guaranteeing you a peaceful night's sleep. This bedroom is adjoined by a shower room, which you can leave without going back through the bedroom. The flat has a separate WC. EXTERIOR Le Reflet de la Houle has a large 34 m2 tiled terrace overlooking the rear of the house (not directly accessible from the flat). You'll be able to enjoy lunch or relax on the deckchairs provided, in complete privacy thanks to the wooden cladding. The flat also has a private garage: you will have a parking space in the private garage. You will be able to park just one standard-sized car (no space for SUVs, vans, etc.). NOTES: - The flat is located in a house comprising 3 flats without a lift: Les Reflets de la Houle is on the first floor. - The flat does not have WIFI. - Linen is optional (see supplement). The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel/person. - One of our team will be on hand to welcome you on arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay when you leave. - The flat is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered with Atout France under number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee. - A deposit of €200 by bank pre-authorisation will be requested one week before your arrival. - The flats are not suitable for babies.
