In this gîte between land and sea, come and spend a moment of calm and rest in a stone country house. It's just a stone's throw from Saint-Malo, ideal for visiting the ancient corsair town and exploring the region at your leisure. Shops, petrol station, electric car charging point and restaurants within a 5 km radius. Sandy beaches at Rochebonne in Saint-Malo (Le Sillon) just 10 minutes away by car. On the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, try the Cancale oysters and discover sand yachting! This 30 m² gîte, adjoining another holiday rental, sleeps 2 to 3 people. * On the ground floor : - a living room with a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with television and a BZ sofa (can sleep 1 person) - separate WC * On the first floor - a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - a connecting shower room * Outside - Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs - Enclosed garden shared with another rental property.
