The house with enclosed garden is located in Saint-Père-Marc-en-Poulet, in the peace and quiet of a village near Saint-Malo, on an enclosed property close to the owners, who will take care of you if necessary. You will be very close to the lovely fishing village of Saint-Suliac on the banks of the Rance ("elected favourite village of the French") and 12km from Saint Malo Intra Muros. You can also easily reach Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinard, Dinan. The rental for four to five people consists of : * On the ground floor - a fully equipped open kitchen - a lounge area - a shower room with a large shower. - a separate toilet * On the first floor - a spacious bedroom for 2 persons with a double bed (140x190 cm), dressing room and a sofa - a room for 2 to 3 people in the other, with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm). - An independent WC _The house has a staircase and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility._ * Outside - A terrace and a closed garden, without opposite. - Garden furniture and barbecue - Ping-pong table and bicycles - A closed shelter is at your disposal for your bikes, pushchairs, paddle, etc. * Facilities and services - Internet, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, clock radio. - Animals accepted with the owners' agreement. - Bed linen and towels optional. - Weekend rentals only, depending on the period. * Charges - Tourist tax : 1,35€ /adult / night (3 stars tourist accommodation). * The owners : You will be warmly welcomed by Jean-Yves and Christine, never short of good advice to make the most of the nuggets of the region. * Accessibility :  As the bedrooms are on the first floor, the house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
