Villa Emmagathe is a 45 m² 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs, completely redesigned for rental, and constantly being improved. It is located in COSTA VERDE on the east coast of Corsica (2B), between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the mountains. Two terraces, one of which is covered, and a barbecue will enable you to spend pleasant moments outdoors. Everything you need for a peaceful holiday and to enjoy the enchanting setting of the Isle of Beauty. Books and board games are available for a quiet moment. For the more sporty, there's a tennis court and a boules pitch. On the practical side: a shower awaits you on your return from the beach, with 4 deckchairs available for lounging, the baker delivers fresh bread and pastries every morning, and there are mini-markets nearby. Security: the private garden is fully fenced and there is a barrier at the entrance to the residence, a handrail on the stairs and mosquito screens on the bedroom windows. Benefits : A welcome gift awaits you. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the living room there is a sofa with a flat screen, a wifi connection and a connected radio. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a gas hob, an air fryer, a toaster, a kettle, a dolce gusto coffee machine, an electric griddle, a croque monsieur maker and everything you need to cook and simmer delicious meals. To get your holiday off to a good start: A kit awaits you with the first necessities (olive oil, vinaigrette, salad dressing, salt, pepper, sugar) and a kit for washing up. There's also a bathroom kit (shampoo, shower gel, soap) and a first-aid kit. The house is equipped for little ones with a cot, high chair and sippy cup. There's plenty to do: The air has that discreet freshness of autumn days in Corsica, when the sun is not yet beating down but already promises gold on the stones. The bags are packed and the steps are set in motion. You leave your car at the side of the road, just as you leave your everyday life behind. The world changes as soon as you take your first steps. Sample walks: the Pont de l'Enfer bridge, the botanical trail, the Pont Genois - Bucatoggio waterfall loop, a short return trip to Fuminale to discover a ruined village. You can also hire bikes. With your handlebars still cool in your hands, you set off along a small track winding through oleanders and maritime pines. The air is soft, full of the scents of Corsica, and the light plays through the branches. Each pedal stroke takes you further away from everyday life. You'll come across paths that lead to secret coves, typical villages or simply unforgettable views. Example of a ride: the Tavagna village loop, for family rides, pedal quietly along the coast in the direction of Moriani plage along the tracks and take an ice-cream or cold drink break facing the sea. All it takes is a few steps in the warm sand, a breath from the open sea and you're already feeling the call of the sea. Our prices include a cleaning charge of 80 euros. However, for bookings with our animal friends, a 2nd deposit cheque for €500 will be required.
