This beautiful, authentic and comfortable stone house has two gîtes available all year round: - The 160 m² "Le Suquet" house, ideal for 6 to 8 people, - Gîte "Le Suquet", 80 m², sleeps up to 4 people. Surrounded by green spaces to the front and rear, it offers pleasant, secure outdoor spaces to make the most of the peaceful surroundings. 🏡 Description of the House "Le Suquet": - Ground floor: large living room with television, convivial area with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, practical and fully equipped laundry room (washing machine, clothes line, household utensils ...) - First floor: 4 bright bedrooms and modern shower room with large shower and double washbasin - Outside: At the rear: large private terrace overlooking La Sioule, with table for 8 and barbecue. At the front: a space shared with the Gîte "Le Suquet", in a convivial spirit that respects the privacy of each guest. 🏡 Description of Gîte "Le Suquet": ℹ️ Practical information - Open all year round. Welcome to Le Suquet, a self-catering 80 m² gîte, completely renovated in 2020, located in Pontgibaud, in the heart of the Auvergne. Open all year round, this cosy gîte can accommodate up to 4 people in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 🏡 Description of accommodation The accommodation comprises: - on the ground floor, a large bright living room with a large open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and separate WC. - Upstairs are two large, comfortable bedrooms (20 m² and 13 m²) and a shower room with a large walk-in shower. There is no washing machine, but there is a launderette nearby (approx. 300 m). 🌞 Outdoor areas and facilities Enjoy a large enclosed garden of around 1500 m² and a large private terrace with dining table and barbecue so you can fully savour the fine weather. The outdoor areas can be shared with guests of Maison "Le Suquet", in a convivial spirit that respects everyone's privacy.

We want you to feel at home here. We welcome you in our own house (main house or adjoining gîte). The two separate gardens provide privacy for all guests, including our dog friends. Each living area has its own large terrace, equipped with a large table and gas barbecue. We will welcome you in person (no key boxes) and will accompany you throughout your stay if you wish.
