Notre gîte vous accueille pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis à mi chemin entre Paris et Lyon (2h). Il est situé sur un terrain de 2 hectares, au calme avec vue panoramique. Il dispose de nombreux équipements extérieurs : piscine chauffée compris de mi-mai à mi-septembre (autres dates début mai ou fin septembre en option), terrain de tennis, terrain de pétanque, foot, beach volley, badminton, basket, tir à l'arc, tyrolienne, grand verger... Il possède 7 chambres, une grande terrasse couverte et un barbecue abrité, une grande salle à manger de plus de 65 m² ainsi qu'une salle de jeux équipée d'un billard américain, un babyfoot, un jeu de fléchettes PS4... Proche Avallon et Vézelay. Activités nautiques (canoë, rafting, hot dog, baignades lacs et rivières..., randonnées, VTT, VTT électriques, quad, accrobranche...).
