☀️ House in the hills above Collioure - Garden, peace and quiet and close to the beach Situated on the heights of Collioure, around 1 km from the town centre and the beaches, this charming house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday between the sea and the mountains. It can be rented for 4 or 8 people, with the possibility of closing off the first floor depending on the number of guests. The house consists of two independent levels, perfect for welcoming families or friends while preserving everyone's comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a second living room completes the living space. There is also a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second shower room and separate WC. Outside, the house has a large garden and a pleasant dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying fine weather and summer evenings. For your convenience, the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost. The accommodation is also very well equipped for families with children, with two cots, a high chair, a baby bath and a changing table. This house is the perfect place to discover Collioure, its beaches, its typical little streets, its walks and the beauty of the Côte Vermeille, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the heights.
