Welcome to this adorable 65 m² house in Millac, in the heart of peaceful, green countryside, close to the River Vienne. Here, we take the time to enjoy, to breathe, to get together... with family, friends or just the two of you. A friendly house where you can feel at home, with a magnificent view. As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the cosy living room, ideal for gathering around the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings. The wood is provided free of charge. The kitchen area is functional and friendly, allowing you to prepare tasty dishes to share. Upstairs, you'll find two small bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden, ideal for children and pets alike, as well as a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or a summer dinner with a breathtaking view. Nature and relaxation on the agenda Surrounded by footpaths and close to the river, the house offers the perfect setting for walks, adventure and relaxation. Lovers of fishing will be delighted with access to 2 private ponds, where everyone will find their favourite spot to cast their line. * Don't forget to let us know if you're bringing a young child or baby, as we can lend you some equipment. * On request and by prior arrangement, we can provide linen hire with your beds made up on arrival, as well as towels. * Cleaning option at 30 euros. * Tourist tax is payable on site for those over 18. Your well-behaved pet is welcome. Your four-legged friend is welcome free of charge, for your pleasure... and his! Visits to share with the whole family The region is full of sites to discover together: picturesque villages, beautiful viewpoints, nature activities, small museums and family outings.
