The advantages of the accommodation
Description
L'orée du Château welcomes you to a detached, single-storey house in the heart of a quiet village just 5 minutes from the historic centre of Beaune and its vineyards. This accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, a convertible living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC. Recent baby equipment is available on request. Towels and sheets are available on request. You can also use the private garden with its trees to relax and unwind. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.

Véronique and Jean-Marie are always on hand to welcome you. Linen is provided; sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. The accommodation is well insulated in both summer and winter. If you wish, the gas barbecue will be ready, just return it in the same clean condition. We also have an appliance for pierrade, fondue and raclette. For sorting, paper and bottles go in the white bin. Closed bags should be put in the grey bin. Plastic and metal packaging goes in the yellow bin. There is a compost bucket in the garden.

The corridor is the entrance, where you can leave your bikes and purchases (see photo). The cleaning equipment is placed with the central vacuum cleaner (8m hose).

This open-plan living area with fitted kitchen opens onto the terrace and the 200 m2 private garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has a television, stereo, radio and DVD player.

The bedroom has a 4-drawer chest of drawers and a full-length mirror. The bed is 140cm with 2 bedside tables.

The living area is part of the kitchen-living room suite. A sofa bed (140cm) and two convertible armchairs are positioned in front of the hi-fi area. The internet fibre is transmitted by wifi.

Les frais de ménage sont une option. Il est utile de signaler à la réservation si vous souhaitez faire le ménage et rendre le logement aussi propre que le jour d'arrivée. Une taxe de 50€ sera prise si ce n'est pas le cas.

The cycle path runs from the village to the voie des vignes. The tennis court and skate park are 60m away. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is open-air, in Beaune.
Access map
The gîte is very easy to find, just get off the motorway in the direction of Dole; Seurre and turn left immediately after the silo bridge. Follow the road until you reach the town hall. The gîte is next to the square.
