On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large, bright conservatory. The entrance opens onto a large room that can be used as a cloakroom, with a bay window overlooking the veranda. You will also find : a separate WC, a modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, washing machine and dishwasher, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, large fridge, induction hob), a large, convivial dining room, ideal for sharing good times. On the first floor, the house has : a 15 m² bedroom with 160 cm bed, desk and wardrobe, a second 15 m² bedroom with 160 cm bed and wardrobe, separate WC, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and vanity unit, a tastefully decorated lounge with flat-screen TV and pleasant views of the outside world. On the second floor you will find : a large bedroom with 160 cm bed and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a rest or games room with books and board games, ideal for young and old. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as storage space for bikes and other equipment. The property is fully fenced, guaranteeing peace and security. A warm, well-equipped place for a comfortable, convivial stay.

From Reims station, Craon de Ludes can be reached by taxi or VTC (approximately 20 minutes).
