Description

Set right on the seafront, this charming Breton-style residence invites you to stay in one of its flats or houses. Respectful of the environment, it has been awarded the "Clef Verte" label and blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings. You are free to choose from houses and flats with sea view, garden view or pool view. From April to September, you can swim in the outdoor pool, heated from June to between 20°C and 24°C, or splash around in the paddling pool with your little ones. More sporty guests can enjoy water sports on the beach, just a short walk from the residence, or at the water sports centre, 1 km away. There are also two table tennis tables and a large garden with a green area for playing ball or sunbathing. The first beach is 50 m away, the second beach and a children's play area are 250 m away, and the centre of Le Guilvinec is a 7-minute walk from the residence. Here you will find everything you need for shopping, as well as restaurants. Flat on the ground floor of a residence for 4 people
