A three-minute walk will take you to the shops, good local restaurants and the cinema, while you enjoy a peaceful, fully-equipped place to stay. A spacious cocoon dedicated to comfort and leisure: designed for family holidays, the house combines generous volumes, modern facilities and relaxation areas. Ground floor: - A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a desk with two screens (ideal for teleworking) and a corner with kettle and coffee maker. - A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. - A shower room with large walk-in shower and sauna. - Games room with table football, darts and children's games. - A separate toilet. - A garage for storing bikes, motorbikes or skis. First floor - A fully-equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette and fondue maker, multi-function food processor, etc. - The dining room in the light-filled conservatory can accommodate up to 10 guests around a large table. - The comfortable lounge with television and WIFI connection extends into a leisure area with pool table. - A second shower room with large walk-in shower, WC and baby facilities on request. Second floor: - Two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed. - A family room with two 90x190 beds and a 160x200 bed, as well as a study area with a screen. - There is also a separate toilet with washbasin on this floor. A pleasant exterior: - The private garden has a swing, a children's hut and a space to play pétanque, molkky or badminton (games provided). - Baby equipment is available. An ideal location for exploring the Hautes-Vosges : - Right next to the cycle path, walkers will be able to explore the Moselotte and Moselle valleys in complete safety. - Just a few minutes away, discover Le Haut-du-Tôt, reputed to be the highest village in the Vosges and appreciated for its authenticity and panoramic views. - Gérardmer, with its iconic lake, is only 20 minutes away, and is a great place for water sports and walks along the water's edge. - Just 25 minutes away, La Bresse will appeal to winter sports fans with its renowned ski area, as well as hikers and nature lovers all year round. Additional information: The house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for festive gatherings likely to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Only one dog is allowed per stay (other requests to be considered). Cats are not allowed. As the property is not fenced, supervision of pets is recommended. The price includes bed and bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and waste management), heating and electricity within the limits of controlled consumption (15 kWh/day included).
