Its privileged location means you can do everything on foot, with convenient access to the beaches, the port of Guilvinec just 2 minutes away, where you can watch the daily return of the fishing boats, the town centre and its shops, and the market held twice a week in Guilvinec. Ground floor: - 1 living room with TV, 1 sofa and 2 armchairs - 1 fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 separate WC First floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90 cm) Outside: - 1 south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy your meals outside in the sun (parasol available) - Free public car park 70 m away or free spaces in the street Practical information: - Bed linen is provided and included in the price. - Towels and end-of-stay cleaning service are optional on request after you have made your reservation: - Towel hire (1 large + 1 small): €10 per person (free for stays of 2 weeks or more between 11/07 and 29/08) - End-of-stay cleaning service: For a short stay: 60 €, from 5 nights: 80 € and from 12 nights: 100 €.
