Ideally located, in the Fouesnant triangle, between the town and the sea: beaches 3km away and 1.5km from the town. Several kilometres of cycle paths. Hiking trail from the house to Cap Coz beach, either on foot (30') or by bike. Bénodet 10 km, Concarneau 15 km, Quimper 15 km, Pont-Aven 30 km, Pointe du Raz 50km. Garden furniture, outdoor seating area with sun loungers. Benefits in 2024: new bedding160x200 with memory foam mattress (very high comfort), doors and frames repainted. Benefits in 2023: new staircase and hall ceiling paint. New sofa. 2 new mattresses and 2 new box springs (90x190) Benefits in 2022: completely new kitchen. glass door between conservatory and interior. living room extension (removal of corridor wall) and refitting. addition of a larger skylight in the stairwell (larger velux windows).
