Gîte with private pool in Aveyron - Cassagne-Béghones, holiday rental in the heart of nature Discover this Aveyron gîte with private pool, located in Cassagne-Béghones, in the heart of the Aveyron countryside, ideal for a family holiday, a break with friends or a relaxing weekend in the countryside. This accommodation combines comfort, tranquillity and proximity to hiking and mountain-biking trails, just 3 km from the shops. This detached gîte on two levels, with its own private entrance and not overlooked, comprises a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, traditional and Senséo coffee makers), a lounge area with television, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove and sofa bed. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed, the other with two 90cm single beds) and a shower room with WC. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival for a stress-free stay. A cleaning service is available as an optional extra (€70). Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden of 3,000 m², a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private above-ground heated swimming pool (open from May to September), ideal for holidays in Aveyron with a swimming pool. The perfect setting to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. The gîte also has private parking, a secure shelter for bikes or mountain bikes, children's equipment (swing) and a Green'Up socket for recharging your electric or hybrid vehicle. Pets are welcome, so you can enjoy a holiday in Aveyron with your dog or cat. Non-smoking accommodation. ⚠️ Important information: due to the presence of stairs, this gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Two independent gîtes are available for seasonal rental, each with its own private outdoor space, offering a total capacity of 11 people, ideal for a group holiday in Aveyron or a family reunion. (C2) direction St Martin / Le Céor, take the road diction Céor, you pass the Jouaneq continue for 1km, then take the dead end of Cayrou Bas and the cottage is located on the left 93 Impasse du Cros down the road to (metal gate). Park in the car park and you're there.
