This studio is ideally located just 200 m from the Capucins beach. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Audierne, where you can admire the daily return of the fishing boats. It is the starting point for many of the region's must-see tourist sites, including a visit to Ile de sein, with the boat dock just 200 m from the rental property, the beautiful landscapes and hiking trails of Cap Sizun and the famous Pointe du Raz site (Grand site de France) at the extreme west of the European continent! Studio for 2 people on the 4th and top floor of a residence with lift Layout: living room with sofa bed for 2 people, separate fully-equipped kitchen (combination freezer, multifunction microwave, ceramic hob), shower room with WC.
