Ti Marin is south-facing, with a large terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing surroundings. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries in Finistère. Situated 1 minute's walk from the supervised beach at Penhors, supervised by the CRS in July and August. The nautical centre offers opportunities for lessons. FITTINGS The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge and a terrace with fully-opening bay windows. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, 180×200cm. Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower Separate toilet Upstairs, a mezzanine with a study area Second bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200cm) Essential facilities: WiFi, television, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer Kitchen: kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge (freezer section), crockery and cutlery Dining room: round table and chairs Living room: sofa and two armchairs Outside: barbecue, parking space, garden furniture, terrace, garden and sea views Miscellaneous: ironing board and iron, all the bedding in this house is very comfortable and made in Brittany. SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE ACCOMMODATION - Check-in from 4pm - Check-out before 10am - This accommodation is classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation. - All linen is provided (sheets, towels and household linen) - We love animals but unfortunately they are not accepted in this accommodation. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation, so please smoke outside. - Heating not included in the rent, billed according to individual meter readings, from October to May, of which a flat rate of 150 kWh is offered. - Parties are not permitted.
