The gite "la rosée du matin" is ideally situated for a weekend or a week in the mountains. It is close to a number of places of interest that are not to be missed (the Lombrives cave, the largest in Europe, the Niaux cave with its original prehistoric drawings, the Foix castle and its interactive museum). Andorra, the magnificent city of Carcassonne and Toulouse are just an hour's drive away. For cycling fans, there are the must-do Tour de France circuits and this year's finish at the Plateau de Beille on 14 July. And what else? Water activities such as canoeing 2 km away, rafting for the more sporty or pedal-boating at the water sports centre and its water-skiing facilities! In fact, there's so much to do! The gite is 5 minutes from the spa in Ussat les bains. The land is flat, so you can get there on foot or by bike without any problem. Private parking space in the residence car park. SHORT STAY PACKAGE: from 2 nights including bed made, bathroom linen, tea towel, hand towel, electricity/heating and end of stay cleaning. WEEKLY PACKAGE: including bed made up, 8kw/d electricity, end-of-stay cleaning at your expense. For your comfort, we have equipped the flat as follows: * A built-in kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and small electrical appliances. * For relaxation, a dining/living area with flat-screen TV. You'll stay connected thanks to Wifi. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. * The bedroom has a double bed. * Bed linen is provided. * The bathroom with wc is a separate room, it has a bath, a bathroom cabinet for more storage, hairdryer and towel dryer. You need to think about your towels. Alternatively, you can hire towels for the duration of your stay. * A laundry area with washing machine in the bathroom. The gite does not welcome pets, although we do like them.
