Description
Completely renovated in 2020, this character holiday home in Lozère combines authenticity, modern comforts and unspoilt natural surroundings. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it offers spacious accommodation and a warm atmosphere, perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. The ground floor features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a cosy living and dining area with TV and wood-burning stove, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine. Wood is provided, so you can make the most of evenings by the fire. An iron and ironing board are also available. The house has a Wi-Fi connection. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms with quality bedding, a modern shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the sleeping area. The converted attic offers a large additional bedroom with two single beds and a lounge/games area, which is very popular with children and adults alike. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). Outside, there is a terrace with barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. Children will love the swing and slide, perfect for quiet playtime. A parking space is available close to the property. Heating, electricity and water are included in the price. Bed linen can be hired (€15 per double bed, €10 per single bed), as can towels (€7 per person). The nightly rate applies to stays of seven nights or more. For short stays and weekends, rates are available on request.
