Domaine de Linguinou comprises three luxury gîtes set in 1 hectare in a small Finistère village that has been firmly established for 300 years at the foot of the Monts d'Arrée, in the heart of the Armorique Regional Nature Park and 45 minutes from the seaside. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting that combines modernity and tradition, then Domaine de Linguinou is the place for you! The buildings, dating from the 17th century, have been restored in keeping with the original architecture. The tastefully refurbished and modernised interiors (traditional terracotta floors, whitewashed walls) showcase the oak parquet flooring and panelling to their best advantage. The various fittings and designer furniture add a warm, modern touch. The estate is environmentally-friendly, with water from the Monts d'Arrée spring, an ecological vegetable garden and geothermal hot water and heating. "La Longère" is a certified house for 6 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave...) living room, 1 bathroom, separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm), 1 shower room with WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, pellet stove, washing machine and tumble dryer, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, baby cot and equipment, cleaning included. Outside: Private car park. Garden furniture, barbecue on request, 500 m² orchard and vegetable garden. Spa and 4 electric bikes shared with 2 other rental properties. Price / week : 1800 € (all inclusive) Reimbursement in the event of travel restrictions
