The advantages of the accommodation
Description
A taste of holidays in the countryside ... A 2-person gypsy caravan with linen, breakfast and cleaning included. It sits on the banks of the Lorette stream, in an unusual setting, and offers you the chance to quietly discover the Drôme and its sweetest secrets. This unusual accommodation is ideal for short stays, as you won't find a kitchen inside (no meals to cook on site, but 5 restaurants between 600m and 2 km away ;-). The bathroom is just as rustic (washbasin, hot shower and wc) and is just across the stream. To get there, take the little wooden bridge there, there, there... Perfect location for a weekend in the countryside visiting the region on a moped (hire on site) or other.

Activities and visits in the Drôme : Not to be missed: - VISIT THE DROME PROVENÇALE on a moped (rented from the gite itself), with a map of the region. - The Crocodile Farm (unique in Europe with its tropical greenhouse of 8000 m2 and 4000m2 outside) -The European Fighter Aircraft Museum (2 HA with around sixty aircraft) -Authentic villages, perched high up or in sheltered valleys, offering authenticity and Provencal charm. -The truffle house at Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. -Visit the nougat factories and museum in Montélimar. The VALRHONA chocolate city (world-renowned French chocolate factory). -The Ardèche gorges, the Vercors... - Provencal markets Cultural attractions : - the many summer music festivals. - The many summer flea markets (day and night). - Avignon and its legendary festival. - Dieulefit and its potters. - Castles: Grignan (where the Marquise de Sévigné stayed), Suze la Rousse (illustrating three eras: medieval, renaissance and contemporary) and the Château des Adhémar (overlooking Montélimar). What to do: -La forêt de robin (3 HA adventure park) -Canoeing down the Drome or Ardèche rivers -La Valdaine golf course (18 holes) -As well as hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and climbing, Paragliding, hang-gliding, go-karting and bowling .... -Swimming in the surrounding lakes and rivers .

To get to Marsanne, By the A7 motorway : If you are coming from the north: Exit 17 = "Montélimar Nord". Take the N7 towards "Montélimar", then at "La Coucourde" turn left towards "Marsanne". Once in the village, stand in front of the town hall. If you are coming from the south: Exit n° = "Montélimar Sud". Take the N7 towards "Montélimar", then in "Montélimar centre" follow the signs for "l'hôpital". Pass the hospital and follow the signs for "Marsanne". Once in the village, stand in front of the town hall. Once you are in front of the town hall take the "Roynac" road (D107) which is on the right of the town hall. Continue for 2.3 km and at the bus stop turn left onto "chemin du paradis". Then after 800m turn right onto "chemin neuf".
