Chalet Mimosa is a cosy, fully-equipped self-catering cottage designed to accommodate two people in a peaceful, relaxing setting in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor. With a surface area of around 26 m², this charming little chalet offers a comfortable, optimised space comprising a bright living room with lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with double bed (140 × 190) and a private shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. The decor is soft and natural, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Brittany. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals: hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and several small appliances. The living room has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings. This gîte is a real cocoon for a couple's stay, combining relaxation, nature and discovery of Brittany's heritage.

Forfait ménage fin de séjour
Ce forfait de ménage ne se substitue pas à l'obligation légale qu'à le vacancier de respecter le logement et ses équipements. En effet, le bien doit être restitué en fin de séjour dans l’état dans lequel il a été trouvé au début de celui-ci. Pour cela, le vacancier doit maintenir le logement propre et en bon état pendant la durée de son séjour. Cela implique par exemple qu’il effectue les tâches ménagères quotidiennes nécessaires, qu’il prenne des précautions en manipulant les équipements électroménagers, des appareils électroniques, la vaisselle ou tout autre élément du bien qui est mis à sa disposition par le propriétaire. Les éventuels dommages doivent être évités en adoptant un comportement respectueux du lieu de séjour. Ce forfait peu être avantageux pour le vacancier si celui-ci estime qu'il n'aura pas le temps, le jour de son départ, de remettre au propriétaire un logement tel qu'il était au début de son séjour, mais ne substitue pas au ménage journalier dont il a obligation. Cependant il est demandé au vacancier, le jour du départ, que la vaisselle soit nettoyée essuyée rangée, que les poulelles soient vidées, que les fenêtres soient refermées et la chasse d'eau soit tirée. Le lit sera quant-à lui laissé tel quel et le linge de maison utilisé laissé ou il a été trouvé en arrivant.
