Chalet Mimosa is a cosy, fully-equipped self-catering cottage designed to accommodate two people in a peaceful, relaxing setting in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor. With a surface area of around 26 m², this charming little chalet offers a comfortable, optimised space comprising a bright living room with lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with double bed (140 × 190) and a private shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. The decor is soft and natural, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Brittany. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals: hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and several small appliances. The living room has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings. This gîte is a real cocoon for a couple's stay, combining relaxation, nature and discovery of Brittany's heritage.

End-of-stay cleaning fee
This cleaning package does not replace the holidaymaker’s legal obligation to treat the accommodation and its facilities with care. Indeed, the property must be returned at the end of the stay in the same condition as it was found at the start of the stay. To this end, the holidaymaker must keep the accommodation clean and in good condition throughout their stay. This means, for example, that they must carry out the necessary daily cleaning tasks and take care when using household appliances, electronic devices, crockery or any other items in the property made available to them by the owner. Any damage must be avoided by behaving in a manner that respects the accommodation. This flat-rate charge may be advantageous for the holidaymaker if they feel they will not have time, on the day of their departure, to return the accommodation to the owner in the same condition as it was at the start of their stay; however, it does not replace the daily cleaning which they are obliged to carry out. However, on the day of departure, the holidaymaker is asked to ensure that the crockery is washed, dried and put away, that the bins are emptied, that the windows are closed and that the toilet is flushed. As for the bed, it should be left as it is, and any used bed linen should be left where it was found on arrival.
