4-room 87.22 m2 detached house on 2 floors with fitted kitchen with cupboards, electric oven, 3 gas hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 1 lounge, 3 bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed, one with a single bed) 1 bathroom with bath/shower and WC, 1 WC, full basement comprising a garage and a utility room with washing machine in a quiet area with a private garden of 150 m2, 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, RER C station 40 minutes from Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel and line H 25 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord, close to the A15 motorway. The house has been awarded 3 out of 5 stars by the French Ministry of Tourism, which guarantees a certain level of comfort and security. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Water, gas and electricity charges are included in the price per night for normal use of the house. The authorised quantities are specified in the seasonal rental contract, as well as the possible cost in the event of over-consumption. The house is heated from 20/09 to 15/05 by a gas boiler controlled by a programmable thermostat with two temperatures: a comfort temperature set at 19°C for the day and an economy temperature set at 17°C for the night and when you are away from the house. Bed linen (pillowcases, fitted sheets, duvet covers), towels, flannels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, napkins, tea towels, sponges, washing-up liquid and bin bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are provided.
