The living area opens onto a covered balcony facing the sea and includes a simple but functional kitchenette, a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining area. Shower room with WC. Outdoor bike rack available. Ideally located 850 m from the market, fishing port and marina, as well as Croix de Vie town centre, everything can be done on foot or by bike. A private parking space can prove invaluable at any time of year (Ref Le P'tit Pilours).
