Description

Charming holiday home just 350m from Boisvinet beach and 1.5km from the centre of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, with its train station, markets and fishing port. Situated in a cul-de-sac, the house comprises a main room with a small, simple lounge and breakfast area. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and opens out onto a small courtyard at the rear, which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings. The 2 bedrooms are independent, one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds. There is also a shower room and separate toilet. Access to the courtyard is also possible from the outside, and free parking is available in the street just in front of the house.
