Description
This spacious gîte in Yvias is ideal for up to 8 people in a peaceful, relaxing setting. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it combines comfort, practicality and Breton authenticity. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a convivial lounge area with television. An 8 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) has its own private shower room with heated towel rail. A separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, three further bedrooms provide a comfortable spread of sleeping accommodation: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a second separate shower room with WC and heated towel rail. The gîte is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hoover and full cleaning kit. Cleaning products are provided, and bed linen is available as an optional extra. Cleaning is included. Outside, the enclosed, landscaped garden is a real asset, offering a safe and pleasant space in which to relax or share a meal around the barbecue. Thanks to its ideal location, you can easily explore the Breton coast, its beaches, hiking trails and iconic sites.

By car: easy access by road. Yvias is about 10 minutes from Paimpol, 25 minutes from Guingamp and 35-40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc. Private car park By train: nearest station: Paimpol, about 8 km / 10 min by car. TER BreizhGo connection Paimpol - Guingamp in around 45 to 50 minutes, with TGV connections in Guingamp. From Guingamp: TGV station with links to Paris, Rennes, Brest and Saint-Brieuc. Then TER to Paimpol or taxi/car to Yvias. By bus/coach: BreizhGo regional network in the Côtes-d'Armor, with services to Paimpol, Saint-Brieuc and neighbouring towns. By plane: the most convenient airports are Rennes, Brest or Nantes, then car hire or train to Guingamp/Paimpol. Taxi / VTC: taxis available from Paimpol, Guingamp or Saint-Brieuc stations. Recommended for travellers arriving without a car. Cycling: this area is ideal for walks and tourist routes around Paimpol, the coast and the Trieux valley. Check the itinerary according to the level of cyclists.
