This stone and wood character house, decorated in a warm and charming style, is particularly well exposed to the sun from morning to night, and is also ideally located between the Tréboul marina and the Sables Blancs beach, 700 m away in the Bay of Douarnenez. There are plenty of places to visit nearby: the museum port of Douarnenez with its boats afloat, Tristan Island, accessible on foot at low tide, not forgetting the small town of character of Locronan, the Crozon peninsula or the not-to-be-missed Pointe du raz (a major site in France). Wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances: dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven. Large south-facing wooden terrace overlooking an enclosed garden planted with trees. Sunshine from morning to evening.
