🌿 Welcome to our guest house in Clermont-Ferrand! We welcome you to a quiet, leafy setting, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre and close to the Gabriel-Montpied university hospital. The tramway and bus routes are just a few metres from the house, so you can make the most of Clermont-Ferrand and the Puy-de-Dôme in a peaceful setting. Our 3 comfortable and carefully decorated guest rooms are designed to offer you rest, conviviality and well-being, whether you're on a business trip, on a family visit or exploring the Auvergne. On the 1st floor, you will have access to the living areas: lounge, dining room (for breakfasts) and kitchen (a fridge is reserved for you). There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin. Located on the same level as the bedrooms (2nd floor), the spacious shower room with large shower and WC is available to guests staying together. As the three bedrooms are reserved for the same family or group, this space is never shared with guests not making your reservation. You'll enjoy an enclosed garden, a bright conservatory, independent access and excellent tram and bus links. Our house is an ideal base for exploring Clermont-Ferrand, the Puy de Dôme, Vulcania and the Chaîne des Puys. /Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Please contact us before booking so that we can discuss your requirements. ☕ Every morning, a generous breakfast of homemade bread, homemade jams, organic and farm produce, local yoghurts and cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, cereals, regional charcuterie ... awaits you, served in our dining room or under the veranda when the weather permits. 🚲 Cyclists are very welcome: secure garage, breakdown equipment and route advice are all at your disposal. We're also happy to share our good addresses, ideas for outings and tips for discovering the treasures of the region. Here, hospitality is all about sharing. We'll do everything we can to make you feel at home and make the most of your stay between the city, nature and the Auvergne volcanoes.
