On the first floor, a landing leads to two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and television, and a second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. A shower room with WC is also accessible on this level. From the landing, two independent staircases lead to two bedrooms nestling under the roofs. Each has two 90 cm single beds, creating a space that's perfect for children, teenagers or young adults. This original configuration means that everyone can enjoy their own privacy while sharing communal moments. Outside, the enclosed courtyard provides a safe and pleasant space for meals, games or moments of relaxation after a day spent on the coastal paths of Plouézec or the beaches of Port Lazo and Bréhec. From the gîte, you can explore the beaches of Port Lazo and Bréhec, the coastal paths of the GR34, Beauport Abbey, the Moulin de Craca and the maritime town of Paimpol.
