Welcome to this chalet, ideally located near the Col du Brabant, offering peaceful surroundings and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. With a surface area of 70 m² spread over two levels, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Upstairs, the light-filled living area comprises a convivial lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, raclette machine, etc.). This space opens onto a pleasant 30 m² terrace and balcony, perfect for enjoying the fine weather and admiring the scenery. A large private garden completes the exterior. The chalet has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed), a sleeping area with a single bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, ski storage and private parking. You'll love the warm atmosphere of wood and modern facilities. Its privileged location, just 3 km from the slopes of La Bresse Brabant, makes it an ideal base for enjoying outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, walking or snowshoeing, depending on the season. A cleaning charge of €70 is compulsory. Bed linen, towels and table linen optional. Utilities included except electricity, meter read on arrival and departure at cost per kWh.
