3*** CERTIFIED RENTAL TOURIST FURNITURE Less than 500m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Trévignon, our gîte "Ty alice" opened its doors in 2019! You'll be staying in an 80m² stone gîte with a lovely 20m² private wooden terrace, enclosed by a palisade and a mobile gate, all facing south (barbecue, sun loungers....). The decoration is a mix of stone and wood (cypress trunk, furniture created by me in solid wood and metal, etc.). The materials used are "ecological" (untreated wood, lime on the walls, oiled furniture, water-based paint, etc.). You can walk to the beach (less than 500m) and to the village of Saint Philibert (bakery and restaurant 50m away) with its typical chapel. Ground floor: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (top-brand appliances, bar and high chairs, solid wood dining room with modern chairs, living room with leather sofa, flat-screen TV, etc.), WC, KJB (washing machine). First floor: Large master bedroom with dressing table (trunk, copper and solid wood furniture), children's bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower (modern earthenware, river stone basin on solid cypress top). Located 1 minute by car from the nearest shops, 10 minutes from the biggest department stores and 15 minutes from Concarneau and its walled town, as well as Pont-aven. The small fishing port of Pointe de Trévignon (still home to 5 local fishermen) is 3 km from the gîte, accessible via the coastal GR, where you can stroll and buy fresh fish and seafood. If you're a keen walker or cyclist, you can start your several-hour tour of the sea and countryside from the gîte. During your tour, you will discover protected natural sites, the famous thatched cottages made of standing stone, rocky chaos and numerous streams in a calm and privileged environment! A 15-minute drive will take you to the town of Concarneau, with its walled city, large fishing and yachting harbour, restaurants and large market on Fridays! Also 15 minutes away by car is the town of Pont Aven, famous for its salted butter cakes and its many art galleries. In a cul-de-sac (ideal with children and/or pets) and private parking.
