Welcome to the "Sous les Bois" gîte, a contemporary architect-designed house built in 2025, designed to offer a holiday combining comfort, nature and respect for the environment. This eco-friendly, almost passive house is impressive for its sustainable and aesthetic construction choices: timber frame, straw insulation, natural earth rendering and elegant burnt wood cladding. Every detail has been designed to create a warm, healthy and soothing atmosphere, in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Ideally located close to the village, in a cul-de-sac, the gîte benefits from a green and particularly peaceful setting. You'll enjoy a real break from the hustle and bustle of the town, with all the shops and services within easy walking distance. The gîte is the ideal place to recharge your batteries, discover the region and enjoy an authentic experience in modern, comfortable, environmentally-friendly accommodation. The gîte has two levels: Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove and pellets, two bedrooms with 160×200 beds, shower room, separate toilet with grab bar, laundry area with washbasin. Independent studio on the first floor (accessed via outside stairs): kitchen/living room with sleeping area (160×200 bed), shower room and WC. Outside: terrace and garden under construction (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs planned for the 2026 summer season).
