This comfortable, bright 2-star flat sleeps 4 people. The fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a double sofa bed open onto a terrace, a hall leading to a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC, and also access to the bedroom with a double bed. There is a direct, unoverlooked, south-facing view of the Aigilles d'Arves mountains. This landscape is a gift, changing colour throughout the day, so you never tire of it, it's a real asset. A terrace extends the living room, and there is also a small green area where you can relax and sunbathe. This place is a paradise.

A wide range of winter and summer activities: In winter, you can take the free shuttle bus that runs every half hour to the Sybelles ski area, just two kilometres away. This is the largest ski area in the Haute Maurienne, with 310 km of pistes, rock climbing, dog sledding and snowmobiling.... In summer there are outdoor sports for all the family: superb walks and mountain bike rides over the Croix de Fer pass, donkey hire, tennis, mountaineering, microlighting, excursions, visits and swimming in the lakes of Saint Jean d'Arves. Saint Jean d'Arves is an authentic village situated at an altitude of 1500 metres in the Arves valley. The village is renowned for its wooden chalets, breathtaking scenery and friendly atmosphere. Perfect for lovers of nature and tranquillity. The village has a rich cultural heritage, including the 17th-century church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. You can buy local produce such as Beaufort at the Wednesday market, at the cooperative and at the farm.....

Easy access by car or bus (shuttle bus in high season) from Saint-Jean de Maurienne in the valley, 20 km away. Saint-Jean de Maurienne TGV station is on the Paris-Turin line, with several trains a day (4-hour journey from Paris).
