Close to the Canal du Nivernais, Corbigny, the hillsides of the Tannay vineyards and the Baye and Vaux ponds, its 1st category rivers, it's the perfect starting point for discovering the pleasures of water, fishing, boat trips, cycling or nature walks. On the ground floor, the gîte has a large, cosy living room with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and everything you need for comfortable cooking. A pellet stove provides cosy warmth all year round. The 4-seater sofa bed provides extra quality sleeping space. There is also a shower room with WC, a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with reversible air conditioning offers bedding that can be adapted to suit your needs: two 90 x 200 beds that can be combined to form a 180 x 200 double bed, plus a 90 x 190 bed. Outside, the spaces invite you to relax and be free. At the front of the gîte, you'll find an enclosed 80 m² gravelled courtyard and a 40 m² terrace ideal for outdoor meals.
