The accommodation is spread over 3 levels: - On the ground floor, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge/living room and separate toilet. - On the 1st floor, a lounge area and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) opening onto a terrace with deckchairs, a shower room and a separate toilet. - On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Outside, you'll enjoy a tiled courtyard/terrace with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol). Private parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. Ideal location The house is just 11 minutes' walk from the ocean and close to shops, markets, cycle paths and summer entertainment. You can make the most of the Vendée coast between Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez and Saint-Jean-de-Monts: national forest, cycling, beach, local markets and numerous leisure activities.
