Le Mélorien apartment welcomes you for an authentic stay in the countryside, very close to the sea on the outskirts of Cancale. Located on the first floor of a renovated old farmhouse, Le Mélorien, with a floor area of 60 m², offers peace and comfort. The living area is bright and spacious. It features a sitting area with a sofa and television, and a dining area with a large table. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals Sleeping two people, Le Mélorien has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 double bed and a desk. A separate toilet, located outside the bedroom, completes the bathroom facilities. You can make the most of the large garden, which is shared with the other holiday lets. Several areas with garden furniture and sun loungers are available for everyone to enjoy. On request, in fine weather, a barbecue can be made available for convivial moments in the open air. A shed provides secure storage for your bikes, and if needed, you can recharge them there. Set in a peaceful, rural setting, Le Mélorien is the ideal place for a holiday in the countryside, close to the region’s most beautiful attractions: Cancale and its harbour with its unmissable oyster market, the beaches of the Emerald Coast, Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel. Please note: linen (bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person) is optional: €20 per person. An electric car charging point is available for a daily fee of €20 if you use it; payment is to be made on site. The property has an upper floor which is not included in the rental. The rooms on the upper floor are locked and are not accessible to guests. The flat is situated upstairs and is accessible only by stairs. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions. The house is situated in a renovated former farmhouse offering three holiday lets, each with its own separate entrance. The owners, who are very discreet, also live on site, in another renovated part of the farmhouse.
