Here you’ll find a practical bathroom fitted with a large shower, a washbasin and a toilet, offering all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay by the sea. The optimised layout allows for easy movement and intuitive use of the spaces. The living area forms the heart of the flat. Bright and welcoming, it features a lounge area with a sofa bed providing a comfortable extra sleeping space, complemented by a mattress topper to ensure a better night’s sleep. This layout can accommodate up to 3 people, ideally 2 adults and 1 child. The separate bedroom features a 140 cm bed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful place to sleep. This separation between the living and sleeping areas is a real asset for maintaining the privacy and comfort of the guests. The included services further enhance the quality of your stay: the beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, and a compulsory cleaning fee of €35 ensures the property is spotlessly clean every time you check in. For added convenience, a utility room on the half-landing is equipped with a washing machine and cleaning equipment. As for parking, free parking is available during the summer months about 300 metres from the flat, with free shuttle buses making it easy to get around the resort and to the seafront. This arrangement allows you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind, free from the hassle of traffic. The “Nid Douillet Yvonne” flat is particularly well-suited to seaside holidays, romantic getaways or small families wishing to discover the rich heritage of the seaside resort of Mers-les-Bains, whilst enjoying functional, well-located and comfortable accommodation. On request, baby equipment can be provided to make it easier for families with young children to stay.
