Description

Locmariaquer is a peninsula in Morbihan, opposite Port Navalo. It is a quiet village surrounded by splendid beaches and megaliths. Not far from La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac and Quiberon. Auray railway station is 12 km away. The property is a brand-new studio for two people, suitable for a baby (travel cot available), with a separate entrance; it is adjoining the owner’s property but not overlooked. Two additional bedrooms with a private bathroom and toilet are available if there are four of you. Two private terraces facing south and north, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha; the studio is very light and airy. The studio is 800m from the village centre and the harbour, with its restaurants and crêperies. Close to Le Guilvin, the jetty for boat cruises to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan. The beaches are 200 metres away. Walking trails and cycle paths on site. Tennis courts are about 800 metres away, as well as a gym.
