Ideally situated, just 5 minutes from Colmar, not overlooked, and with views of the Vosges, this house offers all the comforts you need to relax and enjoy a lovely stay. In the village centre, which is also within walking distance, you’ll find all sorts of shops, such as a bakery, butchers and caterers, restaurants, and a fresh meal vending machine at the end of the street (which I highly recommend). A non-smoking house with 5 rooms spread over 2 floors, comprising 2 bedrooms, a dressing room and study area, a combined living and dining room opening onto the conservatory, balcony and terrace, a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the balcony, a bathroom with shower, 1 garden and 1 enclosed courtyard. You’ll have access to the library and a selection of board games. You can also enjoy a terrace—partly covered and partly sunny—equipped with a gas barbecue/plancha. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the basement. Other details Easy to reach; you can get there by car or bus from Colmar railway station (the bus stop is 50 metres away). Ideal for cycling along the long cycle paths, you’ll also be 17 km from Germany and 45 km from Europapark. 2 parking spaces in the courtyard and space to store bikes in the garage.
